Roundtable Four - Public Abuse Online
Time & Location
About the Event
Online or public abuse of people or groups is now endemic. it results in harm to individuals and also galvanises like-minded people to both demonise and also act in harmful ways. We see the results in the rise of extremism, racist and sexist views and groups who are antisemitic and islamophobic. What is the responsibility of the public, of those in positions of authority and politicians towards those on the receiving end? In the absence of a commonly held set of moral norms, how do we facilitate individuals who can self moderate their own behaviour? Register your interest . We wish to invite 16 individuals who represent local/ London wide leadership in their organisations, their communities and neighbourhoods. By Invitation only!
